Each month we will "travel" to a different part of the world to learn about their culture and customs. After our discussion about Guatemala we will make a snack inspired by the country.

Our snack for Guatemala will be stuffed cucumber which uses the following ingredients:

Cucumber

lime

red bell pepper

cream cheese (there will be a vegan cream cheese option as well)

cream (there will be a vegan cream option)

basil

green onions

garlic

salt and pepper

paprika

Registration Required. For children ages 9-14

About the branch

Located in Pepper Pike, the Orange Branch offers a cozy fireplace reading area, community meeting spaces and a full service drive-up window. The branch’s interactive children’s area features artwork from the book Aesop’s Fables by the late beloved illustrator Jerry Pinkney.
