If you’re thinking about hiring a graphic designer for the layout of your book, learn to communicate what you want by picking up terms like “bleed” and “aspect ratio.” Pointers on eye-catching cover designs will be provided as well as examples of software and where to find a graphic designer. Ticana will be available for a Q&A after the presentation.
Ticana Zhu studied Visual Communications Design (Graphic Design) at Kent State University. Her first internship was at a small press where self-publishing vehicles were heavily utilized.
